After almost 30 Years in Plymouth Michigan Selling Hondas , I am blessed to be part of this Dealer group and have a work family that I can be proud of. I have an extensive knowledge of many aspects of this business and look forward to helping you. When not at work I enjoy relaxing , renovations around the House and being a Dog Lover.

Hi everyone! My name is Matthew Carter, but my friends and family call me Matt. Soon after joining Victory Honda, I knew that this was where I was supposed to be. Combining cars, meeting new people, and my love for everything with an engine has been a dream. I grew up in small-town Illinois but have lived in the Metro Detroit area for almost 30 years. My wife and I met 23 years ago at the skating rink and have two daughters who amaze us every day. I enjoy kayaking, fishing, and restoring vintage mini-bikes.  My moral integrity, paired with my extensive product knowledge, has allowed me to achieve Honda’s Council of Sales Silver Award within my first year. I’m excited to work together to find a solution that best fits your needs.

I moved to this country with my Wife and Daughter not knowing anyone. I have found a Home here At Victory Honda of Plymouth. Throughout my career I have worked in the Automotive Sales field and have learned that taking care of my customer is the number one priority. I treat everyone like family and want them to have the best car buying experience. I am multilingual and well traveled. I hope to share more and learn more about you while helping with your next purchase.

Growing up in Plymouth-Canton, I went to C.C. and have been a part of this community for most of my life.  I have been with Victory Honda for over 6 years and have achieved Gold Master status from Honda by listening to my client’s needs and taking care of them not only at the time of sale but for whatever they need. I enjoy spending time with my family,  outdoor activities, shopping , and movies. Even though My father retired from GM….. My mother drives a Honda!😊 Because she sees the value in not only the car but Having me as her sales professional. Stop by and see me or call anytime.

Jordan Osorio-Vazquez is one of the youngest members of our sales team and brings a fresh perspective, tremendous energy, and a strong understanding of a new generation of car buyers to Victory Honda of Plymouth.

Jordan has been with us for four years and has quickly proven that age is no limitation when you bring the right attitude, work ethic, and passion to what you do. His growth within the dealership is a great example of what can happen when you put your mind to something and stay committed — the sky truly is the limit.

A big family person, Jordan understands how important it is to help customers make a decision that is right for both them and their family. He is also fluent in Spanish, allowing him to comfortably assist both English- and Spanish-speaking customers throughout the entire car-buying process.

Jordan’s energy, enthusiasm, and ability to connect with people make him an important part of our team. His goal is to make every customer feel comfortable, informed, and confident from the moment they walk through the door.

Hamda Naveed’s connection to Victory Honda of Plymouth started before she ever joined the team — she was a customer first. She enjoyed the atmosphere and the way she was treated so much that she decided she wanted to be part of it herself.

A local Canton resident and Plymouth-Canton Schools graduate, Hamda has strong roots in the community and knows many people throughout the area. That local connection, along with her friendly and outgoing personality, makes it easy for her to build relationships and make customers feel comfortable throughout the buying process.

Outside of work, Hamda enjoys spending time with friends and family. And a little-known fact about her — she also enjoys modeling, which fits perfectly with the confidence and personality she brings to the dealership every day.

Hamda’s goal is to make every customer feel welcome, relaxed, and excited about finding the right vehicle.

Mitch Kohnz began his automotive career in Missouri selling Fords before making the move to Michigan two years ago. Not long after arriving, he found Victory Honda of Plymouth, discovered the Honda brand, and never looked back.

Mitch brings a positive attitude and high energy to the dealership every day. His “never have a bad day” personality is infectious, and customers quickly appreciate his upbeat approach, easygoing style, and willingness to help.

Outside of work, Mitch enjoys staying active and working out, bringing that same discipline and energy into his career.

Sean Grandbois is one of the newest members of the Victory Honda of Plymouth sales team, bringing with him a strong background in customer service and previous automotive experience with Mercedes-Benz and the powersports industry.

Originally from Colorado, Sean made the move to Michigan when his significant other accepted a position at the University of Michigan. Before joining Victory Honda, Sean worked in the window industry, but his passion for working with people and taking care of customers ultimately brought him back to the automotive business.

Sean’s customer-first personality and previous automotive experience made him a natural fit for the Victory team. He enjoys getting to know his customers, understanding what they’re looking for, and making the car-buying experience comfortable and enjoyable from start to finish.

When he’s not helping customers find their next vehicle, Sean enjoys playing guitar and spending time outside of work exploring his new home here in Michigan.
